This site is dedicated to metal work and other projects. Some of the work is more artistic than others. You will find pieces that are downright ugly but were fun to make. Other examples were fabricated just to look good. Some are even useful.

I have made knives off and on for almost 30 years and over the last 20 years or so started making other trinkets. This is just a hobby and is purely recreational, although I do like to sell stuff if I can. 

My philosophy is to have fun and try to learn new things by reading, trial and error. Through the years I have had the opportunity to do electrical work, carpentry, welding, and a variety of other craft and technical trades.  I recently retired after earning my living in the petro-chemical industry.
